positioning of email capture boxes

Hiya,

From what I have read of your plugin, it is perfect for what I need, ie email capture and the ability to send out individual newsletters.

I don’t know if you will be able to help me. I am a novice with wordpress. What I am trying to create is something like the page on:

What I would like to do is to replicate the email address capture boxes that are on this page and place them in a text box as seen on the following site(with control over the positioning of the boxes)
