Probably it’s a problem of path, in included file you cannot use relative paths. Use ABSPATH constant of WordPress or the constant __DIR__ which is the directory where your file is located. Stefano.

There are no relevant updates that could raise this problem. Probably your provider enabled the mod:security which sees php/js code in the options and block the request. The redirect to the home page...
