Recently I moved from one hosting provider to the next. Yesterday I was test a newsletter and noticed that none of the links worked. When I switched off the statistic option the links worked fine.
Today I started sending emails. One subscriber mailed me that the unsubscribe link is not working. In fact none of them is.
So I removed the plugin and newsletter tables in the DB. That solved nothing. No answers in the newsletter log file. The error log reports that the client is denied (for the newsletter files. e.g. do/open.php. I tried to resolve this by changing permissions but nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong here?
