Delivery speed

Hi,

First of all, thank you for this great plugin. I’m using it with additional addons and they work perfectly.

I’m using Amazon SES SMTP service and it allows me to send over 100K emails in an hour. I’ve configured the plugin to send 2000 emails per hour but it only sends up to 1000 emails per hour. How can I increase delivery rate? It take over 12 hours to complete a delivery with these settings.

I host my WP on a dedicated server btw.
