if I search your account (damsel) I find there are no contract active or expired. So it seems you never bought a membership with that account.
Hence, when you enter the download page, the first two box should be the memberships (blogger and agency) you can buy.
On those box there should be a couple of blue button. I wonder if the browser is caching the page… try to follow the link:
http://www.satollo.net/downloads?x=1
and look if the page changes and shows the purchase buttons.
