Newsletter plugin is disapperead..

I’ve seen the update warning on dashboard for newsletter plugin and I updated.
Now I am looking for Newsletter plugin but I can not see on the menu !!
When I search it with “add new” button, I can see newsletter plugin as already installed position but I can not use it and even see it…
