Confirmation email "Click here" is not linked

I’m not going to inconveience my visitors to copy and paste the url (which does work) but there is no link for the words click here. I tried to copy and past the confirm_url but that brought up a ‘can’t find’ response from the browser. How do I make the link from the text?
