Execute PHP in subscripition form

Hi,
I want use plugin for my subscription form,but i can not execute the required PHP codes.How can i add this captcha to forms? A kind of captcha feature, especially like this one, would be nice to avoid spam.One can easily fill up your site with unconfirmed subscriptions.
