Answer notifications doesn't work

Hi Stefano,

I just bought the Comment Plus plugin because I need the feature Answer notifications, when somebody want to receive an e-mail if a specific comment have a replay.

I unistalled the Comment Notifier plugin and than I upoloaded the Comment Plus.
Post wide notifications works, but Answer notifications don’t. I don’t receive any e-mail when I test it.

Do you know what I can do to fix it?
