Hi, I think you’re talking about the free bounce plugin. It’s not possible to leave the messages on server when using pop3, at least not with the library I used since the list will be fully downloaded every time. May be there are POP3 option to start from a specific message, I don’t know eventually I can add a feature to leave the message on the server even when processed.
The list of the bounced addresses (no address is actually deleted from the database) can be retrieved or from the subscribers management panel, listing for the bounced status, or using the export function which exports all subscriber with their status (the status “B” is the bounced status).
The same is for the unsubscribed users, they are all there, just export them or filter them on the subscriber panel.
An effective bounce management should be done in another way, using professional systems where thay have the full control of the mail servers and the communications between the servers. The bounce plugin is a free and simple and not complete alternative for who don’t want to spend money with external SMTP like mandrill, sendgrid and so on.
