I am sure that the previous version of Hyper-Cache worked fine, however the new version does not seem to handle posts that have short-codes in them.
An example is on our site on page http://www.drapertools.com/news/draper-300-watt-oscillating-multi-tool-kit-stock-no-23666/ which should display a video.
Instead of the video, the cached version of the page shows the shortcode instead.
If you press Ctrl+F5 to force a reload of the page from the server, the video will display correctly, but if you then press F5 to refresh the page, you see the shortcodes again.
We use the Advanced Responsive Video Embedder plugin (http://nextgenthemes.com/plugins/advanced-responsive-video-embedder/) to display our videos, since ours is a responsive site.
Hopefully there is a way to make Hyper-Cache work with this and other shortcodes. I assume (but haven’t yet been able to test) that other shortcodes don’t work either.
