I’ve added “the_category()” and it work’s great for picking up, and listing, every category assigned to a post. Yay!
Strangely, it picks up and lists a custom event cagtegory (em-category), which I want it to do, in “Preview”, but those event categories do not show when I send a test email or in actual feed by emails.
I got error messages when I tried to assign event tags and use “the_tag()”. Also got error message when I tried to use “the_em-category”.
Because I write about what’s happening in two US states, it would be very helpful for feed by email readers to know where events are taking place so they only read those they’re interested in.
Hopefully you’ll be able to help me with this one.
