I’ve just got a bit of a dilemma regarding the newsletter and its inability to save. Basically, when the newsletter saves it deletes all the content on it (no, the text does not go to white, I have checked this). It then saves under whatever it was titled and the next time I click on it, it comes up with a blank screen. However when I go backward a page the newsletter reverts to what it was prior to the blank screen save. Without it being able to save it creates the problem of not being able to send newsletters out. Save and test has just resulted in blank emails being sent.
The current versions of both the newsletter plug-in and WordPress are in place, and I have attempted to deactivate and re-activate the plug-in to resolve the issue. Any help as to why this occurs would be great!
tl;dr blanks whenever I save a newsletter, need help.
