Feed by Mail – Trigger vs. Content

Hi Stefano,

For the feed by mail plugin, is there a way to trigger the system to send an email based on a new post appearing in a single category, but to include posts from multiple (or all) categories in the actual email?

If not, would this be hard to implement (perhaps I could outsource the job)?
